AOS offers commercial and academic licensing options. Commercial licences are per seat. Volume and site licences can be arranged on request.
Academic licences support an unlimited number of seats within one academic department.

AOS offers two levels of support to suit your needs. To receive support, commercial customers must sign up to the Product Upgrade & Maintenance Program (PUMP).
The annual PUMP charge is a percentage of the JACK licence price that applies at the time you renew your PUMP:

Bronze
Offering support from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
Support services are provided via email and telephone, up to a total of 2 hours of software support time, accrued in quarter-hour blocks. Initial response is by email within 48 hours. Support services exceeding this period are charged at $150/hr. Credit blocks of support time may be purchased in advance at a rate of $120/hr, with the minimum being 10 hours.

Delivering full 24/7 support. Customised Gold Support is available to suit customer needs and their desired Service Level Agreement.

- These prices are valid from Monday 17 October 2009. AOS reserves the right to change the pricing without notice.
- Support applies to the current release and the two previous releases. Older releases are supported at AOS Group’s discretion.
- Entitles customer to regular upgrades to the licensed modules. AOS reserves the right to charge separately for additional major functionality or new modules.
- If a customer allows PUMP coverage to lapse, it is necessary to purchase a new licence to obtain support.
- Availability, level of service, specific features, coverage hours and response times may vary by location. Other limitations may apply.
